Shipping Policy

If your package is delayed or marked as “Delivered” but not received, our team will gladly assist you.

Returns Policy

• You have 10 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

• You may try the item on once to check the fit, but it must be returned clean, unwashed, and in perfect condition.

• For hygiene reasons, shapewear and bodysuits must be returned with the hygiene seal intact.

• Sale items are final unless defective.

If your item is damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with a photo — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Wash Care

• Hand wash cold or machine wash on gentle cycle (max 30°C).
• Use mild detergent; avoid bleach and fabric softeners.
• Close hooks before washing to prevent snagging.
• Lay flat or hang to dry; do not tumble dry.
• Do not iron directly on satin; light steam if necessary.
• Refer to each product’s interior label for specific care details. To keep your shapewear in shape and extend its lifespan, hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry.
